Privacy Policy – Last Payment Tracker
Important: This privacy policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, which contains our End User License Agreement (EULA) and is intended to comply with App Store and Google Play requirements.

Last Payment Tracker is an offline-first personal payment reminder app designed to help you track bills, rent, subscriptions, and debts. We are committed to collecting as little data as possible and being transparent about what is processed.
2. Data We Process
2.1 Payment Data You Enter
The app allows you to create payment entries, categories, due dates, statuses, reminder settings, and notes. This information is stored locally on your device.
2.2 Local Device Storage
Last Payment Tracker uses local storage technologies (such as AsyncStorage/MMKV or similar local device storage) to keep your payment records on your device.
Important: We do not provide cloud backup for your payment records by default. If you uninstall the app, reset your device, or lose your device, your local data may be permanently lost and may not be recoverable.
No login required. Last Payment Tracker can be used without creating an account.
2.3 Anonymous Analytics and Diagnostics
We may use Google Firebase Analytics to understand app performance and feature usage in an anonymous/aggregated way. We do not intentionally collect your name, address, or financial account credentials through analytics.
2.4 Subscription Data
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscription status. RevenueCat may process purchase metadata and an anonymous App User ID to validate entitlement status.
We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
3. How We Use Data

5. Payments, Billing, and Refunds
Subscriptions and payments are processed by Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We do not process card payments directly.
- Monthly Plan: $2.99 (or local equivalent)
- Yearly Plan: $14.99 (or local equivalent)
Refund requests are handled by the store where the purchase was made and are subject to that store's refund rules.

6. Auto-Renewable Subscription Notice
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
7. Exported File Responsibility (CSV/PDF)
If you export payment data as CSV or PDF, those files are generated from your local data. After export or sharing, the security of those files is your responsibility. We are not responsible for privacy breaches caused by third-party access to exported files.
8. Children's Privacy
Last Payment Tracker is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.
10. Data Security and Retention
We use commercially reasonable safeguards for data processed by integrated services. Your payment records are retained locally on your device until you delete them or remove the app. Anonymous analytics data may be retained according to third-party provider policies.
